Cosmic Gate teams up with Arnej for their new single on the Black Hole imprint, entitled “Sometimes They Come Back For More”.
With the acclaim of their previous single “Be Your Sound” still ringing in their ears, our German friends from Cosmic Gate now continue their success with “Sometimes They Come Back For More”, taken from their recently released artist album “Wake Your Mind”. Arnej, the Bosnian born trance producer that grew up in Toronto has carefully built his career since his first single in 2004, releasing countless tracks and remixes ever since. Cosmic Gate, fully open to new collaborations for their album, eventually decided to use this new single as the opening track of “Wake Your Mind”. The new cut, “Sometimes They Come Back For More”, already received a lot of support from all fans across the globe, especially since it’s one of those proverbial trance/big room bangers with an enticingly symphonic build up in order to totally explode once the break sets in. What begins with tight beat programming and smooth synths leads towards a powerful and rough break full of distorted strings, whipping snares and a fat, side-chained reverb in it; the perfect recipe for a killer climax on the dancefloor.
The remix package features versions that are all just as good as the original and require some serious listening attention. Stoneface & Terminal came up with a good old tech-trance version while Alex O’Rion turned the original into a slightly techno-ish, synth-laden big roomer. Arnej himself reworked the single into an almost electro style deep trancer. “Sometimes They Come Back For More”, absolutely. And this goes for all the party people in the clubs!
