In this binaural ambient cyberpunk music video, I use a 65 Hz sub tone and followed instructions online how to create it correctly. It also contains city rain ambience which is very atmospheric and relaxzzzing, and was recorded at 192khz 24bit, for maximum audio quality/resolution (Sony D100 PCM Recorder).
This video can be used as background music for deep relaxation, background music for deep meditation, background music for stress relief, background music for coding, background music for art, background music for reading, background music for working.
It’s up to you to decide how you use it..
